With our Civil Service of Process we have fixed fees for the areas shown above. We will serve process anywhere in the state for a fee plus mileage. Please feel free to contact us about our current fees. With our civil service of process we file a Certificate of Service with the court for the county and the court division that the case is in and provide you with a file stamped copy of the Certificate of Service. The attempts to serve an individual and any contact or avoidance of contact is documented and can be made available to the client and the court.
